Job Description

Responsible for locating customers whose location information on file is not valid, and achieving monthly goals by performing the following duties.


 Adheres to FDCPA/state/city laws/provisions, as defined in our training/FDCPA Testing
 Works assigned accounts to determine location information: phones information operator, talks to multiples, nearbys, other third parties, and contacts trade leads from CBR’s in an attempt to locate the customer
 Works assigned per set daily/monthly goals
 Documents all account related activity on each account in a concise and accurate manner
 Corrects any deficiencies/oversights as outlined by management during timely reviews
 Maintains good public relations
 Adhere to Company attendance, punctuality, and meal and rest break requirements
 Maintain concentration and focus in order to meet performance goals
 React positively to an ongoing, changing environment
 Demonstrate the ability to handle pressure when attempting to meet deadlines and performance goals
 Maintain good working relationship with assigned supervisors and coworkers
 Work safely without presenting a threat to self or others
 Perform additional duties as required by management from time to time

Job Requirements

Employees are required to have a High School Diploma or GED.
No experience is required
Computer Skills:
Employees must be able to type quickly and accurately, use a mouse effectively, and have a basic understanding of Windows-based operating systems.
 Demonstrates good motivation and excellent communications skills.
 Demonstrated ability to be persuasive as well as being a good listener.
 Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently with a good, clear speaking voice.
 Demonstrates ability to follow instructions.
 Must be flexible; able to work varying schedule.
 Write in a clear and concise manner.
 Manage time effectively.
 Solve problems or issues that may come up.
 Concentrate and focus for extended periods of time.
 Cope with high-stress and changing environment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is repeatedly required to speak and listen to coworkers and customers, read and interpret information on a computer monitor located between 1 and 2 feet away, handle and grasp a computer mouse, and type on a computer keyboard. The employee is also required to sit for extended periods of time between allotted breaks and may be required to move around the office. Occasionally, the employee may be required to lift up to 15 pounds.
