Job Description

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

Handling of all materials utilized in the production and distribution of products manufactured at PAI

Job Requirements

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1.Receive all incoming materials and supplies in proper logs and ROSS ERP and move shipment to designated area per WMS system instructions.
2.Review paperwork and maintain accurate and complete logs.
3.Maintain materials and supplies in an orderly and safe manner.
4.Pull materials for Packaging and Manufacturing departments per Ross pick tickets, move bulk products and components via forklift to designated areas when requested.
5.Insure and maintain accurate inventory. Maintain all bin transfers and inventory adjustments.
6.Process all returns delivered to facility utilizing Returns Manager computer program as well as freight returns thru AR department per current SOP's.
7.Process outgoing packages and shipments from Delaware facility per instructions.
8.Document and turn in required paperwork and information necessary on a daily basis per procedures in place.
9.Deliver all materials to individual departments on a daily basis in a timely manner.
10.Perform all housekeeping duties necessary to maintain a safe, clean and compliant environment.
11.Perform other duties as assigned.

ACCOUNTABILITY

For accuracy and completeness of incoming materials and supplies, and all necessary documentation in a timely manner per SOP's in place, including housekeeping and all receiving functions pertaining to job. Ensure cGMP compliance of all assignments required by company standard.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

None

QUALIFICATIONS
•No high school or GED required. WorkKeys "Locating Information" Level 4 is required. (Talk with us about how you can earn this accreditation.)
•Previous forklift experience.
•Valid driver's license.
•Previous work experience helpful but not required.
•Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
•Must be detail-oriented and have good verbal and written communication skills.
•Good computer skills.
•Must be flexible to changing tasks multiple times on a daily basis.
•Must be able to work as a team participant as well as independently.



EQUIPMENT AND MACHINES



Certification and previous experience on Forklift, electric lift, hand trucks, etc.





WORKING CONDITIONS
•Warehouse environment.
•Walking and standing.
•cGMP manufacturing experience.
•PPE required.
