Position Summary
Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Assistant (DMA) will work under the guidance of the Digital Marketing Strategist (DMS). The DMA will assist in supporting all web related activities including search engine optimization and digital advertising. The DMA will assist in the creation and implementation of marketing automation strategies and tracking services. The DMA will assist in the research and implementation of new technologies and best practices for digital marketing, web applications, and online media/public relations.
Under the guidance of the DMS, this position will regularly measure and analyze marketing campaigns and web traffic, analyze emerging and existing competitive websites, and review OPEX website(s) for content consistency and brand clarity. Other responsibilities include supporting the Marketing Department in all facets of OPEX marketing including the management of inward facing electronic content.
Assist in the planning, organizing, and evaluation of company-owned websites, microsites, landing pages, and mobile web platform. Update content as necessary;
Assist in the creative process (graphic design and video production) for digital advertising;
Maintain editorial writing quality, assist in the monitoring of website text and information for accuracy and appropriate style;
Ensure that corporate and product images are consistent with the OPEX brand;
Assist in the testing, editing, and maintenance of digital assets;
Assist in the creation of tracking links to monitor online traffic and measure click-through rates;
Compile, analyze and report on web analytics;
Assist in monitoring and maintaining database health within the Oracle product family (CRM and MA);
Assist in execution of marketing automation lead generation & lead nurturing campaigns from concept to delivery; track and report results on a regular basis;
Monitor, analyze and report on lead activity;
Keep informed of and report on new online marketing strategies as indicated;
Compile, analyze and report on competitive and industry trends;
Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

BS/BA in related subject
A working knowledge of marketing automation platforms
Strong writing and communication skills
A working knowledge of SEO/SEM analysis and reporting
A working knowledge of graphic design and video production tools not required, but a plus
